After selecting the desired phone card, simply click on "add to cart" icon.

Two possibilities :

1. You are already registered on the site

You simply need to identify yourself (E-mail address and password) and validate. The page of your shopping cart will appear with the phone card(s) you have selected. Then you need to confirm your order by clicking on "Submit".
Moreover, if you want to continue shopping, you just need to start a new search and add a new card to your cart. You can access your shopping cart at any time by clicking on "My Cart".

2. You are not registered on the site

To order and view your shopping cart, you simply need to create an account with www.alphacom.pro by clicking on "Create an Account". To create the account, fill out the form and submit. Your request to open an account will immediately be registered. You can continue in this way to prepare your order.

The page of your shopping cart will appear with the phone card(s) you have selected.
You will then receive a phone call allowing us to confirm the validity of your details and open your customer account. This is only for security reasons.

Once your details are confirmed, you can validate your order and pay online. Your virtual card(s) will then be sent by email.

You have only one to pay online : payment by credit card.

To pay your order by credit card, you simply need to click on the type of card you want to use.
For your first order, our customer service will contact you in order to make a rapid verification formality before the validation of the order.

Your online payment is completely safe: it uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The information transmitted is encrypted by a software program and cannot be read while travelling on the network

Phone cards purchased on www.alphacom.pro website are exclusively sent by email after our services validate the purchase. You will receive an e-mail containing instructions for using the card and the PIN code that allows you to use the virtual phone card.

To retrieve your lost password, go to the home page, enter your email address and click on the link "forgot my password". Your password will then be sent to your email address.

Your PIN code gives the opportunity of an exclusive use to you and your loved ones if you wish to communicate this code.
You will be asked to provide this PIN code each time you use your card.

The serial number of your phone card allows you to benefit from personalized consumption. You just need to mention this serial number when you call our customer service to have a full analysis of your usage history

VYou can call from a :

• Fixed telephone.
• Mobile telephone.
• Phone booth.
• Internet box.

Once your payment is done, you will receive an email containing your PIN code(s) and the information necessary for using the card.
You will have permanent access to the information concerning phone cards by clicking on the phone card of your choice.

However, to use the phone cards you need to have a PIN code and choose the access number depending on the type of phone (booth, fixed or mobile) you are using.

Be careful not to dial your PIN code directly on a telephone. To access our platform it is essential that you dial the access number first !

Access numbers are compulsory for the use of Alphacom phone cards :

0811 Maxi Duration number :

This number “0811” is specially designed for long duration calls. You are charged at local landline call rates. In fact, this access gives you more important call time since the cost of the call that connects you to Alphacom’s network is not withdrawn from the credit of the prepaid Alphacom phone card.

01 From a mobile or a box :

It works in the same way as the Maxi Duration number, except that the access is via the number "01" (local access). This allows you, for example, to avoid a possible overcharge for the number "0811" by your mobile operator. The number "01" is also free in most BOX flat rates because it is included in most unlimited flat rates.

0805 Toll Free number :

This access number is free from a landline or a booth. You have, however, a shorter call time, because the cost of linking with the Alphacom phone platform is charged on the credit of your prepaid phone card. (the number is overtaxed from France Telecom public phone booths).

0805 Call-Back number :

It is an automatic call back Number. When you dial this number, it hangs up automatically and then our phone platform reminds you.

01 Call-Back International number :

Some Alphacom cards are usable from any country in the world through the new access “Call-Back International +33”. This functions in the basis of call-back principle. With this number, you can take your Alphacom card with you when you travel abroad. You can also send the code of your card to your loved ones all over the world, so that they can call you when they want without their paying anything. (please note that some operators may block the system).

Alphacom cards are usable worldwide thanks to call-back number or ipotel.com.

To make another call, do not hang up and dial *3

To recall the same number without restarting the entire procedure, dial * 3

To register your PIN code :

1. Follow the normal procedure until you need to enter your PIN code. After entering it, dial *4 (please note that the numbers that are masked or feature on the red list can not register the code).

2. The message "Your PIN code has been registered" validates your registration. You can now dial the number you want to call.

3. For the next time you want to use your card, you simply dial the access number. Then, the system will ask you to dial the phone number you want to call.

4. AAfter the exhaustion of your PIN codes’ balance, this code will be automatically deleted. If not, to delete it, repeat the first procedure, but instead of dialling *4 you dial *5. Your PIN code will be immediately deleted.

Connection costs vary depending on the destination. They are counted in terms of the minutes of each connection.

When your card is deactivated, we encourage you to contact your retailer to find out what has gone wrong.
